These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 399btc platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on 399btc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
All 399btc account holders must be at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Age verification is mandatory as part of the KYC process.
Each player is permitted one 399btc account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances held across all associated accounts.
Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are processed promptly. 399btc does not impose unexplained delays. Payout timelines are stated clearly for each payment method.
All bonus offers carry explicit wagering requirements stated in plain English. 399btc does not apply undisclosed conditions to bonuses after they have been claimed.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the account holder) and 399btc.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all interpretation purposes. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English text takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on 399btc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 399btc enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on this platform under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of 399btc is lawful in your country or region of residence.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 399btc employee involved in platform operations, game management, or customer support.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. All accounts must be registered and used exclusively by the named account holder.
- You must not be currently self-excluded from the 399btc platform or any affiliated platform.
Age Verification
399btc is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process, all players are required to submit valid proof of age and identity. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 399btc reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of age verification.
Where 399btc has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation conducted. If the account holder is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned at 399btc's discretion after deducting the value of any games played.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 399btc betting and casino services, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 399btc account only. Opening or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. 399btc uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
Account Credentials & Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 399btc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399btc immediately via live support or by emailing [email protected]. 399btc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has shared those credentials with a third party.
KYC Verification
399btc conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of their relationship with 399btc. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
399btc supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposits
The minimum deposit on 399btc is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 399btc does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile financial service provider.
All funds deposited to 399btc must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to the source account and the deposited amount will not be credited to your 399btc balance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Processed within 30 minutes on average during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6).
- Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 399btc reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Declined Transactions
399btc is not liable for declined transactions resulting from issues with your payment provider, insufficient funds, technical outages at third-party payment processors, or payment method restrictions in your area. If a deposit is declined but funds have been deducted from your account by your payment provider, you must contact your provider directly in the first instance. 399btc will cooperate in providing transaction reference information to assist resolution.
Bonuses & Promotions
399btc periodically offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated explicitly in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered twenty times in total before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 399btc does not apply hidden or undisclosed wagering requirements after a bonus has been accepted.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the eligible account holder only. The following conditions apply to all 399btc bonuses:
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
- 399btc reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements while hedging with opposing bets on the same market.
- Bonuses awarded in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by 399btc. Players who have wagered using an erroneously awarded bonus will have their bonus balance corrected accordingly.
Promotion Amendments
399btc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to participating players. Where a promotion is terminated mid-cycle, any qualifying wagering already completed will be counted toward the applicable requirement at the time of termination.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on 399btc are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or market in question.
Bet Acceptance
399btc reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation reference is issued to your account. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount returned to your account balance.
Odds and Market Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error, human mistake, or technical malfunction, 399btc reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to your account. 399btc will not honour winnings calculated on the basis of manifestly incorrect odds. A "manifestly incorrect" price is defined as an odds value that does not reflect the true market price and that a reasonable bettor would recognise as an error.
Live Betting
Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to rapid odds movement reflecting real-time match conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it stands at the accepted price regardless of subsequent odds changes. 399btc is not responsible for connection issues, data latency, or device limitations that affect a player's ability to place live bets in a timely manner.
Casino & Slots
All slot and casino game outcomes on 399btc are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game are defined by the game provider and are not altered by 399btc. Game results are final and may not be challenged on the basis of perceived unfairness absent a confirmed technical malfunction.
Disconnection During Play
If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, 399btc's systems will complete the round using the game's internal logic. Incomplete rounds will be resolved automatically. 399btc is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side. If you believe a disconnection has resulted in an unresolved game state, contact support with the relevant game reference number.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399btc platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage.
- Providing false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, including stolen or unauthorised card or mobile wallet details.
- Money laundering — depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the 399btc platform as a conduit for moving illegally obtained funds.
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors — knowingly taking advantage of a pricing error, game malfunction, or software vulnerability to generate winnings that would not have been possible under correct operating conditions.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human users.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt 399btc's platform infrastructure, servers, payment systems, or game logic.
- Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus offers or exploit price discrepancies in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation of 399btc's promotional structure.
Account Suspension & Closure
399btc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
- A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under 399btc's responsible gaming policy.
- Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified via email prior to any balance adjustment.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your 399btc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account (subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager, no withdrawal). 399btc will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying any dormancy maintenance fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero — 399btc will not pursue players for a negative balance resulting solely from dormancy charges.
